💔 Before Melanin Kissed...

There was a time I couldn’t even get out of bed. I felt like a failure — as a mom, a woman, a provider. I was working a 9–5 while trying to feed a family of five. No matter how hard I worked, we stayed stuck.

But what broke me wasn’t just the stress. It was the realization that no one was coming to help. People watched me struggle, and instead of helping, they pitied me — or laughed.

So I decided to create something for myself. For my family. For our future.

It started with my son’s skin. Doctors didn’t take his eczema and KP seriously. Store-bought creams did nothing. So I started studying real ingredients — ones that actually work for melanin-rich skin.

It took 8 months, expensive ingredients, and a lot of trial and error. But I finally created something that worked — not just for him, but for everyone who’d ever felt overlooked in skincare.

Melanin Kissed was born for us — Black and brown skin that deserves more than a “one size fits all” product.
