Processing Time:
All products are handmade in small batches. Please allow 3–5 business days to process your order before shipping.

Shipping:
We ship via USPS and/or UPS. Delivery times may vary depending on location and selected shipping method.

Refunds + Returns:
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
However, if your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.

Lost or Stolen Packages:
We are not responsible for packages once they have been marked delivered. If this happens, please contact your shipping carrier.
