Q: Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
A: Yes! We carefully select gentle, skin-loving ingredients to suit most skin types, including sensitive skin. Always patch test first just in case 💖

Q: Do you offer returns or exchanges?
A: Due to the nature of our handmade skincare, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final — but if something arrives damaged, we’ll make it right.

Q: How long will my order take to ship?
A: We ship within 3–5 business days (not including weekends or holidays). During sales or launches, please allow a little extra time for processing.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Currently, we only ship within the U.S. — but we’re working on expanding soon!
